Evan Fournier scored 22 points, Rudy Gobert added 21 points and 16 rebounds, as France beat USA 89-79 in the quarterfinals.  France rallyied from a 7-point 4th-quarter deficit to pull off the upset.  The U.S. had won 58 consecutive tournament games in FIBA and Olympic competition with NBA players since 2006.  Donovan Mitchell scored 29 points for the U.S.
