Donald Trump Jr. Testifies In Front of Senate Intelligence Committee

Donald Trump Jr. testified Wednesday before the Senate Intelligence Committee.

The 2 1/2, closed-door interview was intended to clear up discrepancies in his 2017 testimony about the Trump Tower Moscow project and other information.

Following the meeting, Trump Jr. said he didn’t need to correct his previous testimony.

He also added if he needed to clarify anything it was due to President Trump’s former personal lawyer Michael Cohen.

And, when asked whether he was worried about perjury, Trump Jr. Said “Not at all.”

The ranking members of the intelligence committee declined to comment on what was discussed at the hearing.

However, when asked about Trump Jr.’s public comments, Chairman Richard Burr of North Carolina said “Let him take him at his word.”
