Golden State Warriors’ Bid for 3-Peat Came to an End

The Golden State Warriors’ bid for a 3-peat came to an end.

Warriors were banged and a couple of players short, losing Kevin Durant to a ruptured Achilles Tendon in game 5, then they lose Klay Thompson due to torn ACL in game 6 of the 3rd quarter, as they were leading.  It was too much to overcome.  There are some questions this off season, whether they should or will be able to re-sign Durant and Thompson, who are both free agents.  They have time to think about that.  If this is the end of a dynasty, the Dubs say they gave it their all.
