How to use your time effectively at the gym

Strength training is the single most important type of exercise we need to do. Engaging in 30 minutes of strength training daily will not only build strength but will improve your joints, connective tissue, and improve bone density, so we are actually making our bodies resilient for a better future.

When you are working out you want to use weights or resistance that load the muscle. If you have injuries, it would be best to work with a trainer for a few sessions to create a plan that works best for you.

We all have lives to lead, and we don’t have endless time to exercise. That’s why we focused here on just 30 minutes of strength training. It requires commitment, but if we make sure we are getting enough rest combined with eating healthy good results will follow.
