When you are working out you want to use weights or resistance that load the muscle. If you have injuries, it would be best to work with a trainer for a few sessions to create a plan that works best for you.
We all have lives to lead, and we don’t have endless time to exercise. That’s why we focused here on just 30 minutes of strength training. It requires commitment, but if we make sure we are getting enough rest combined with eating healthy good results will follow.
