Jayme Closs, the Wisconsin teen who escaped her alleged kidnapper earlier this month after disappearing three months earlier, will be getting some of the reward money connected to her case.
Hormel foods and Jennie-O Turkey Store will donate their 25-thousand dollar contribution to the reward to Closs.
Jennie-O’s president says the company hopes a trust fund can be established for the 13-year-old to help with her current and future needs.
Closs’s parents worked for Jennie-O.
They were killed in October when the teen was kidnapped.
The FBI offered another 25-thousand dollars in reward money, but the question of who gets that portion remains up in the air.
