NFL will penalize Head Coaches for Arguing without Masks

Many NFL referees are worried about contracting the COVID-19, especially when coaches are arguing with them on certain calls, when the coaches are close to them and not wearing masks.

Now, the league is telling coaches to wear masks, when they dispute a call, otherwise they will be penalized.  The NFL Referees’ Association was not pleased, when Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh, pulled down his mask to yell at a referee.  NFL.com says NFL Senior Vice President of Officiating Perry Fewell sent a memo to teams telling them, that refs have been told, If someone does not wear a face covering when approaching them, action will be taken.  Discipline includes a 15-yard penalty for unsportsmanlike conduct, as well as possible fines, suspensions and forfeiture of draft picks.
