Anthony was arrested in June after a former boyfriend reportedly woke up to find her in his home. When officers arrived, Anthony told them that she was there to retrieve her dog.

Anthony previously received a misdemeanor sentence for disturbing the peace in April after she was seen driving up and down the street in front of the same home and firing bottle rockets in March. She received a fine of $657.50 and 12 months of supervised probation.

She is scheduled to be sentenced on Nov. 9 for the no-contact order violation.
