R. Kelly Back in Court, Requests Ability to Perform Overseas

R. Kelly was back in a Chicago courtroom Friday for a hearing related to his sex abuse case.

Kelly surrendered his passport as part of a bail agreement last month, but is seeking permission to travel overseas for performances.

His legal team argues that he needs to do the shows so he can pay child support, rent and other expenses.

Kelly is accused of engaging in sexual activity and abusing three underage girls and one adult from 1998 to 2010.

He has pleaded not guilty to the charges and has denied any criminal sexual behavior.
