Rollover crash: Driver cited

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.

First responders raced to the scene of a rollover crash on Monday afternoon in Grand Junction.

A Black Nissan SUV, and a white van with the Sunshine Rides taxi service were the two vehicles that collided at the intersection of Teller Avenue and North 4th Street.

The crash happened shortly after 1 pm, and authorities say there were no injuries despite the SUV landing on its top.

A spokesperson with the Grand Junction Police Department says one driver got a ticket for failure to yield to the right of way at a stop sign.

Police did not say which driver was cited.

The investigation is ongoing.
