School Board Race Unofficial Count

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. — Voters of Mesa County went to the polls to place their votes Tuesday with three school board seats hanging in the balance. As it stands right now, all three Republican-backed candidates are currently leading. 52,232 ballots have been cast so far but there are 108,237 active voters within Mesa County.

1 Austin DeWitt – 4,014 – 8.50%

2 Trish Mahre – 20,958 – 44.37%

3 Andrea Haitz – 22,266 – 47.14%

Mesa County Valley School District 51 Director – District D

1 Nick Allan – 22,105 – 47.54%

2 Willie Jones – 24,388 – 52.46%

Mesa County Valley School District 51 Director – District E

1 David Combs – 20,771 – 44.56%

2 Angela Lema – 25,844 – 55.44%
