Soyuz Spacecraft Docks at International Space Station

Two NASA astronauts and a cosmonaut aboard the Soyuz MS12 spacecraft have made it to the International Space Station.

The new crew completed four orbits of the earth before docking at ISS Thursday evening.

Expedition 59 has the space travelers joining three other crew members for the next six months to conduct about 250 science investigations.

It will be just the fourth expedition crew ever to include two female astronauts.

The mission will also see the first all-female spacewalk.
